The recently renovated room was clean and cozy, with a kitchenette. We had very little phone reception except near the door, and the only window was small and looked onto an alley. The location is excellent in Termoli's historic center, just above the port parking lot. My wife and I booked the B&B through Google a few days before our three-day break in Termoli. Ms. Renata kindly found a place for us despite the short notice. Recommended.

Renata was kind beyond expectations. She helped me find parking, and even arranged for the charger I'd left in my room to be delivered to the Tremiti Islands. The B&B is right in the heart of Termoli's historic center, 300 meters from the port. Its quiet, brand new rooms are tastefully furnished and have all the comforts, including a TV, air conditioning, and hairdryer. There's even a package of traditional biscuits waiting for guests. A superb stay, I'll be back soon.
The B&B sits in the heart of Termoli's Borgo Antico, making it easy to walk to the marina, Sant'Antonio beach, the new town, and the main street. The Borgo Antico is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you'll need to park in the new zone, either in paid spaces marked with blue lines that charge by the hour or day, or in free spaces with white lines. For our early August 2022 getaway, this central location made everything we needed for a few days' holiday accessible on foot. We had a wonderful time. Mrs. Renata was incredibly kind and always available for our questions. She also recommended great places for Termoli's delicacies and helped us, even making a reservation directly with her once.
The location was the best part: right in the center, great for walking and taking in the sea views, with the port and island ferries just a short distance away. The studio itself is new, but it had several serious problems that still needed attention. I won't go into all of them because my full review about the many difficulties wasn't accepted. After I posted, the owner contacted us. We didn't reply because the explanations didn't seem truthful. She even suggested we leave before our stay was over if we weren't happy. We'd paid for the whole week, so we stayed.
The owner was kind and helpful, and the apartment was spotless and well looked after. It has a double bed, two single beds upstairs via an internal staircase, three air conditioners, Wi-Fi, a new bathroom, an island cooktop and a fireplace. The windows are new and nicely made, too. It's spacious and close enough to walk to the beach clubs, with lots of places nearby for food or a drink. Parking and hauling luggage can be tricky in any historic center, so that felt normal. I had a great few days in Termoli and found it small but lively.
