The location is a real plus, with the sea, center, supermarket, bars, and restaurants all nearby. The property could be very pleasant with more attention to upkeep, but we found a series of problems: the toilet was missing its seat when we arrived, though we were offered another room. That issue had already been mentioned in a July 18 review. I also found a loose wall-mounted bidet that looked like it might fall, a rusty broken showerhead, and a shower that leaked enough to flood the bathroom. There were half-used toilet rolls, a badly damaged sofa, and the air conditioning didn't work. The breakfast-room photos give the wrong impression. There were hardly any coffee pods and nothing else. Sadly, earlier reviews had already described these same kinds of defects.

The owner was so friendly, and the location made everything easy: the sea and the lovely historic center are both under a five-minute walk away. Our large room was new and clean, with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. There was also a nice lounge where we could make tea or coffee whenever we wanted. Highly recommend it.

The staff were really friendly, and the apartment was comfortable. We stayed in a suite in central Termoli. The bathroom had a few minor issues, and getting up three flights of stairs was a drawback. There’s a shared kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave.

The suite was spacious and nicely equipped, with a comfortable bed and a little balcony where we could sit. We were two people at the start of a 10-day trip, so hauling our luggage up the steep stairs to the third floor was a pain. Still, the place is just steps from the sea and center, and we never needed to move the car. Parking can be paid or free depending on when you arrive, though it wasn’t too much trouble. Online check-in went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend it for a short stay in Termoli.
