Even though we only stayed one night, it was better than we expected. Everything was tidy and very clean, and the friendly couple looking after the place gave us some local tips. There’s a little shared kitchen with complimentary coffee, still and sparkling water, and small snacks. Simona even gave us a local snack to take with us. Thank you!

We felt at ease right away in Simona's B&B. The rooms were comfortable and well cared for, and everything was clean and welcoming. The location is convenient, and Simona was kind and helpful the whole time. We had a great stay and would love to come back.

We spent five nights in the Deluxe room, which was a real gem, and can now see why the reviews are so wonderful. The room and property were excellent, with care given to all the details and to guests’ needs. Daily housekeeping was impeccable, and the lady who handled it deserves a mention. We’re grateful to Mrs. Simona and her husband for the passion and love they put into running this enchanting place. Termoli charms you with its simple, authentic beauty, and so does the Seabed. We’d give the whole stay an A+.

The building is central but quiet, close to the sea and within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities. There’s free parking at the entrance, with plenty of paid spaces nearby as well. Our room matched the pictures, was new and spotless, and had all the comforts for a peaceful stay. Simona was kind and attentive, and gave us all the information we needed. There’s a shared room where you can have a quick breakfast, water, and good coffee. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return!
