The location was very central, and the place was spotless. Self check-in was comfortable and easy. I thought the price was good for what we got. Thanks to Giulia for the friendly communication and great service. We had a nice stay at Asso Residence Centro.

We arrived on time, but nobody was at reception, and we hadn't received the check-in message the host was supposed to send after the reservation. We had to call ourselves, then wait for someone else to call back with the check-in details. In the end, we didn't get the room we'd paid for. We were disappointed with the service.

I paid €135 for a reservation of four nights. When my itinerary changed, I asked to reduce it to three nights, and they said that would cost €126 EXTRA. Just proposing that makes this place seem like a scam. Don't go here!

The pictures are very misleading. There was a terrible smell, no service or reception, and the people were very rude. The mattress was awful, too soft, and the bathroom was dirty.
