The apartment felt brand new inside, with a living room and kitchenette, including a fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave, plus one or two bedrooms. There’s no bathtub, just a shower with a water-saving head, and the heating comes from the air-conditioning units, so they keep a steady airflow going. The building looks a little odd from outside and sits on a quiet residential side street, about a 15-minute walk from the historic center. There’s plenty of free street parking, and the hotel also has a garage. It seems the building was recently converted into a hotel.

The only thing I missed was hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom, which are usually provided. Otherwise, the clean, roomy rooms had comfortable beds. It’s also easy to find parking and convenient for getting around the city center.

A lovely place to stay, with modern, comfortable apartments that have everything you need. It’s close to the center and near the Basilica of San Valentino.

It’s in a busy but well-served area, with a small supermarket, pharmacy, bar, pastry shop, and tobacconist right next door. Walking at my own pace, I reach the station in about 20 minutes, passing through Terni’s center, the park, and the bridge over the river. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, almost like little apartments, though a few minor maintenance updates would make them five-star anywhere. I’ll be back.
