Tesero was magical at Christmas, with nativity scenes all around the village and beautiful decorations. Pampeago’s ski slopes, about 9 minutes away, were excellent for intermediate skiers, and we really enjoyed skiing there. The rooms worked well for our family of four nights, with comfortable beds, decent kitchen equipment, and a pet-friendly policy. The spa was a pleasant extra after a day out. There were a few things that could be better. Our room could have been cleaner, and the spa would have felt more relaxing if the number of guests were controlled and swimwear were required, as many people weren’t wearing it. The pool was very loud at times, especially with children, so we didn’t use it. Still, we had a wonderful Christmas holiday. The apartment suited our needs perfectly, and the festive village and nearby skiing made the stay really enjoyable.

The apartment building has a spa, a small pool, a games room, and a gym. It was nice having separate rooms so the kids could have some space to themselves. The kitchen is small but works fine. Bring your own toaster if you want one.

The property itself is pleasant, but parking is a serious problem. After 5:00 pm, I couldn’t take the car out without risking losing the space. More than once I had to park on via stava and walk up 200 steps, which I counted.

The staff were so friendly and ready to help. There’s also a large parking area, so parking was easy. It’s a lovely family hotel, with rooms big enough for a family with two kids, plus a great pool, sauna, and playroom for children. I recommend it.

We had a very nice stay on the ground floor, where we could step straight outside from the apartment. They provided deckchairs for sitting out there. The layout has one bedroom with a double bed and sleeping space for two in the kitchen. There was even room in the bedroom for a travel cot. No dishwasher, but the fridge is roomy and has a freezer. The town is nice, too, with several playgrounds.
