The pool and quiet outdoor space at Domus Umbra made it easy to unwind away from busy cities. We even got lucky and spotted a wild peacock in the backyard, and spent time playing with the cats. Gianmaria was such a kind, helpful host. Since we were traveling by train and on foot, he drove us into Terni, which was really thoughtful. I’d absolutely recommend staying here 🙂

The owner was incredibly kind, and we had a lovely, relaxing stay with beautiful scenery. I also want to apologize: we accidentally gave the review the wrong rating on another site. We corrected it straight after submitting and thought the change had gone through, but it hadn’t. We deleted the review, though I’m still not sure what happened. Truly sorry 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The pool was amazing, and the place is beautiful with good people. I stayed with friends recently and would love to come back with my family if I can. It seems like a longer stay would really clear your head. One thing to plan for: pick up food and anything else you need before arriving. There’s a shop nearby, but getting to it isn’t easy.
