The breakfast was fabulous, and it was one of the main reasons we chose this place. The owner was kind and spoke a little English. We were able to check in around 8 in the evening, our child stayed free in the same bed, and there was tea in the room. Outside, it’s a lovely farm with dogs, sheep, olive trees, and a beautiful garden, with thermal waters, wineries, Etruscan sites, and attractive towns nearby. The room itself was basic in both decor and space. It was a cold night, and the heating had been turned off after we arrived, so we felt chilly. The tiled floor is easy to keep clean but very cold, so slippers would help. The night before, we’d paid the same price at a small historic villa in the Maremma region, where the heat stayed on all night.

The people were so friendly, and both the lodging and the surrounding area were beautiful. Couldn't have been better!

Even the surrounding nature was excellent. The hostess's desserts, the house, and the welcome were just as good.
