10/10
The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all amenities. Staff were very discreet, and we only saw them at arrival and departure. The property is very well located, close to the sea and a few minutes from Terracina. We had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it, and found it excellent value for money.

A breakfast bar is just steps away, and there’s a rotisserie and pizzeria opposite the building. The spacious rooms were very comfortable, and the place is halfway between San Felice Circeo and Terracina. It’s an excellent option at reasonable prices, especially compared with the truly ridiculous rates at other places in the area.

2/10
The room was comfortable, but everything else felt very superficial. Breakfast was almost nonexistent, there was a sewage smell in the bathrooms, and the owner wasn’t particularly clean. Going by the reviews, I’d expected more.

10/10
We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The owners were lovely, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with truly impeccable cleanliness. We’ll definitely come back!

A peaceful, homely place where it’s easy to unwind from everyday stress. The owners were kind and helpful, and everything felt clean, friendly, and serene. I’d happily recommend it.
