The villa is gorgeous, with beautiful modern rooms that are comfortable too. It’s very close to the ocean, though we were just as happy relaxing by the pool. Simona really goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome.

The property is lovely, the rooms are clean, and breakfast outside by the pool was excellent. I was impressed by how kind and helpful the owner was. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be back.

The garden is beautifully kept, and the pool is refreshing just to look at. The whole place has a magical feel, a peaceful oasis just steps from the sea. Simona and Barbara were incredibly kind and ready to help with anything. My partner, our two-year-old daughter, and I came for a couple of relaxing days, and we chose well. We’d booked just one night, but ended up staying an extra one. We’ll be back very soon!

We loved our first stay at this delightful, welcoming place, and it’s going to be our regular spot for weekends in Terracina and summer holidays. You can do without a car here: the sea, promenade, and market are only a few meters away. The property is new and clean, and the quiet setting is really relaxing. Mrs. Simona is so kind and friendly. I highly recommend giving it a try.
