Agriturismo Colleverde

The staff were always courteous and helped with whatever we needed, which made it easier to relax. Breakfast uses local products and was good, though I’d have liked more variety after staying more than 3-4 days. The rooms were cozy, but felt a bit dated to me and could use some refurbishment. The pool and jacuzzi area are amazing, with views all around. The setting is peaceful and scenic, among the green Tuscan hills. Main regional attractions and cities take about 45 minutes to 2 hours by car, and good restaurants are a short drive away. This place is a gem with the potential to become world class. Sabrina and the rest of the staff were very pleasant, and the location is handy for restaurants and a grocery store. The Tuscan hill setting is lovely. It was an unusually hot week in September, so we missed having air conditioning. Still, we had a very nice experience.

Sabrina was friendly and focused on guests from the start, and whenever we needed something she found a way to help. When our car ran into an unexpected problem, we couldn't have sorted it out without her. She went out of her way to assist, whether it was a weekday or weekend, day or night. We first found the place through friends, then returned as a group of three families. It's a lovely area, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the kids loved the pool. If we come to Tuscany again, we'll stay at Agriturismo Colleverde.

I enjoyed the stay and loved the place, and the whole staff were wonderful. The shower was the one drawback: it was so small that squeezing in was hard, and I accidentally turned off the water just by shifting my shoulder. I'd definitely return, though I hope they renovate the bathroom and maybe add a laundry room.
