This was our second stay, and we were just as pleased as the first time. The dinners were a real highlight, and the food overall was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the hotel is spotless, and everything is arranged thoughtfully for a relaxing visit. After skiing, the spa is great for unwinding, and there's heated storage for skis and boots. We’ll definitely return.

After a day of hiking, this was a perfect place to unwind. The hotel has a romantic, fantastic little spa where you can have tea and lemon juice, plus a great breakfast and friendly staff. It’s in a lovely old town. Highly recommended!

The evening meals were superb and really made the hotel stand out. My room, no 103, and the bathroom were spacious and immaculate, and the place felt cosy and elegant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and thankfully spoke excellent English. I’ve just got home and can’t fault the hotel. I don’t often find somewhere I’m keen to return to, but I’d definitely come back for a second or even third visit. 😀

Update: I’ve just come back from another fantastic snowy week. The food was up to the same high standard every day, and I enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi most days. The hotel arranged beautiful guided walks. When I broke a tooth, the staff phoned lots of dentists to find me an appointment. Highly recommended. On my first visit, I spent a wonderful week here. It’s perfectly placed for exploring the Dolomites with the hotel’s guide. The food is really special, with lots of variety and four courses each day, and good choices for meat eaters, vegetarians, and pescatarians. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I’m coming back in January.

I had an amazing week here in January 2025 with a group of Nordic walkers. The service was very personal, and we all had a great time. Giuliano is an excellent guide, the food is very good, and the spa is fantastic. There are also things like wine tasting and sound baths. I hope to return. An excellent hotel in a beautiful place, at a low price.
