The owners were kind and always ready to help. The wellness area was spotless, with a full-size sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Rooms were spacious, well equipped, and cleaned every day; they looked even nicer than the website photos. Breakfast had a big range of fresh choices each morning. It’s a really charming hotel, and I can’t see why it has only 2 stars. It deserves more.

I’m back for my third year in a row and would gladly return again. Teresa is so accommodating, nothing seems to be a problem for her. The location is superb, and dinners feature authentic Italian cuisine. After a day out, the sauna and steam room are ready to enjoy. I really can’t fault the place. Thanks to Teresa and everyone at Albergo Pozzole!

We felt right at home, and the delicious food and the owners’ exceptional kindness made our holiday so relaxing. Our room had been renovated while keeping its old-world feel. The hotel is close to Tesero village and several ski areas, and it’s much better than many 3-star hotels. We’ll definitely come back!

The dinner was good, with three courses plus a buffet of vegetables and sides. Breakfast had plenty of sweet and savoury options, replenished regularly. I also appreciated being able to request a simple packed lunch for our outings. We stayed two nights in August on a half-board basis. There’s parking, and the location makes it easy to reach places like Pampeago and passo Lavazè, as well as the slightly more distant Lago di Carezza/Latemar. Our room was practical, with a large balcony and a wonderful view. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and always available. Great value for money.
