Park Hotel Rio Stava

The sauna and spa have an amazing view, and the kids have plenty to do: a Montessori room, playroom, and park with teachers. Free parking and those midday snacks were great, too. Breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, and the food, music, and reception service all added to the stay. It’s very close to the city center, Trento, Bolzano, and ski areas. We had no real complaints, just hope they can improve the Wi-Fi coverage. A great place for a relaxed weekend if you don’t want to travel around for food or spa.

The waitstaff made every meal feel special. They were friendly and attentive, remembered what we liked, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. The resort itself is a gem, with beautiful surroundings and great facilities. That service made our stay memorable.

We were put in a first-floor room right above amplified live music, and it was blaring past midnight even though we were there in the off season. At 11:30pm I told the front desk the noise was coming straight into our room. She said it would be just 10 more minutes, but it kept going for more than 30 minutes. After being awake for over 24 hours, I had no chance of sleeping. The music and people drinking at the bar carried on until almost 1am. Truly horrific. Don’t stay here if sleep matters, and don’t let them put you on the first floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pools and spa were very good. The restaurant staff gave brilliant service, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with excellent quantity and quality. Evelin at reception was full of helpful guidance. A great hotel for families.
