The host was so helpful and welcoming. She lent us beach umbrellas, arranged a parking discount nearby, shared great ideas for places to see, and even booked a restaurant when I couldn't reach them myself. Her homemade cakes and the breakfast were incredible, the best we had all week in Sardinia. The rooms were lovely, comfortably furnished, and decorated with taste.

Alessandra is what makes B&B "I Ginepri" so special. She's warm, welcoming, and always there when needed, but discreet about it. She suggested great local restaurants, helped arrange excursions and dinghy trips, and thanks to her we got to Cala Zafferano, a little paradise that was worth the whole trip on its own. Our chats with her over a plentiful, fresh, delicious breakfast were lovely too, full of stories and little insights into local life and traditions. We spent 10 unforgettable days here and highly recommend it if you want comfort, rest, and genuine hospitality. The B&B is at the edge of Teulada in a very quiet spot, a nice place to unwind after the beach. It's extremely clean, well kept, and has everything we needed, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and fresh linens every three days. It's also a great base for some of Sardinia's most spectacular beaches. Tuerredda, Piscinni, Is Arenas Biancas, Porto Pino, Chia, Porto Tramatzu, and Spiaggia degli Americani are all a short drive away. There was a new, breathtaking discovery waiting for us every day. We'll always remember this stay. Thanks, Alessandra, for your wonderful hospitality. We can't wait to return.

From August 7 to 18, 2025, we stayed at this B&B and had a great experience. The setting is ideal for getting to lots of beautiful beaches. The decor is distinctive and modern, and the daily housekeeping was excellent, which mattered to me since I'm very particular about cleanliness. Breakfast had sweet and savory choices, and Alessandra's homemade cakes were especially memorable. She was also very helpful with booking dinners and sea excursions. Each morning she recommended beaches based on the weather, wind, and day of the week, and explained what to expect.
