Looking for a good restaurant that doesn’t serve pizza? This is the place. There’s also a great view over the southern part of Lago di Garda.

One of our favorite spots at Lake Garda. The view is breathtaking, the food is delicious and fairly priced, and the service is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

We stopped for lunch at Ristorante Al Terrazzo after biking along the lake and detouring up to Oldesio, arriving just as the restaurant opened. It’s a lovely setting, with a beautiful view, a good selection for the price and reasonable prices. My girlfriend had the pasta of the day and really enjoyed it. I ordered the “Il Pacchero del Terrazzo”; I found it a little disappointing and short on flavour. The service was right on point, though.

We had a brilliant meal, easily our best around Lake Garda. The lake views from the beautiful setting are hard to beat, and the indoor seating looked lovely too. I still can’t get over the carbonara, probably the best pasta I’ve ever had. Drinks were reasonably priced, so it felt like fine dining without the big bill. I’d recommend it to everyone.
