It was tough to persuade our 2.5-year-old to leave the villa, with so many toys and a lovely garden. Shops and groceries were an easy walk away, and plenty of sights were a short drive. We had a fantastic time here. 10/10, would recommend for families with little ones!

The apartments were clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the owners were very friendly. We also enjoyed playing badminton in the garden, and there’s a small pool for children. A supermarket with a good food selection is very close by. Tignale is a pleasant little town near Lake Garda, with cafes and restaurants. It’s about a 15-minute drive to the lake on mountain roads, and Limone is the closest town. The area around Limone is one of the most scenic parts of Garda. Winston Churchill used to relax there. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the villa to families.

The owners are kind, decent people, and the place is especially welcoming for children. The house was tidy, with clean sheets and towels, and everything worked. There’s no air conditioning, but fans are provided. The town is handy, with a local shop and ATM about a five-minute walk away, plus good parking. It takes around 15 minutes to drive down to lake level on winding mountain roads, which are a nice drive. You don’t see much of the lake from here, if that’s what you’re after, so having a car helps. I’d definitely recommend it and come back.

We’ve stayed here twice and will definitely be back. It’s a lovely holiday apartment in a quiet spot, with restaurants, bars, cafes, a small supermarket and a bakery all nearby. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
