Tirano is a delightful town, and a day is worth setting aside to explore it. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the suites are an easy short walk from the station and Bernina Express. Our apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Two very helpful ladies who spoke English greeted us. I’d highly recommend the suites.

The apartment is modern and has lovely mountain views. There was also a good way to store our luggage when we arrived early. I’d recommend it.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and communication throughout the stay was excellent. Still, the maintenance and surroundings made the experience uncomfortable. The elevator stopped between floors, which left us questioning its upkeep and safety, and we saw bugs on the floor. The property felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with limited professional service. The graffiti-covered path leading to it also felt unsettling, especially when we first arrived. Those issues outweighed the staff's attentiveness. If you're looking for a more dependable and secure stay, you might want to consider other places in Tirano.

The pantry was well equipped, and there are lots of good places to eat close by. We also appreciated the warm hospitality and convenient location.

The apartment was great, and the staff were excellent. A few small things would make it even better: cushions for the sofa, a tea towel, and a lamp in the lounge.
