Retica Tirano

Alessia was down to earth and thoughtful, showing her care through what she did rather than making a sales pitch. She even brought a baby chair when she saw our two-year-old, and had already thought of things like a baby bath, changing pad, and key holders. The apartment itself was the best stay I’ve had in twenty years, with a high-quality bathroom, a bath and enclosed shower, and bedrooms set with three towels for each of the six of us, including the kids. There were two kinds of kids' potties, plus plenty of gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The spacious living and dining rooms had sturdy, well-arranged furniture, and the entrance hall had a box of sweets that delighted the kids. There was another candy stand in the living room. The kitchen had an unusually wide choice of crockery and cutlery, along with tea, coffee, milk, peach juice, and a bag of delicious apple jam cookies. I couldn't resist the juice and cookies myself! The wonderful family hosts this lovely apartment, just a stone's throw from the church and close to the center, but quiet inside. We parked outside at first, then the host showed us the on-site parking. The elevator worked perfectly too.

The family were so kind, the sort of people you rarely come across. We felt right at home in the spacious, welcoming apartment, and the rooms were spotless. We’ll definitely come back.

A comfortable place with good service, and the hosts were welcoming and ready to accommodate guests' wishes. It's an easy walk from the liveliest parts of the city center.

The owners were very kind, and the accommodation felt welcoming, with a wonderful view. I can only praise them and highly recommend the place.
