The shuttle gets you to the Tiers cable car in just five minutes, and the public bus to and from Bolzano is close by. The lady at the hotel also knows a lot about safe snow hikes. We loved the quiet, spacious rooms, even on the street side, where there’s hardly any evening traffic. Breakfast gets 5/5, especially since they’ll make fresh juice with carrots, ginger, and apples. Dinner was highly refined, also 5/5. The wellness area deserves the same score, with a sauna, infrared sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and a selection of teas.

I came away impressed by how clean everything was and by the professional, friendly staff, who accommodated my dietary restrictions. The location is brilliant, close to major starting points for hikes, and I couldn’t have asked for a better base for a few days exploring the Dolomites. One small suggestion: a balcony insect screen or some kind of repellent would help. Bugs kept flying into the room whenever I opened it for fresh air. I’d recommend the place without hesitation to anyone visiting the Dolomites.

This hotel made our trip. It’s an easy place to imagine as a five-star stay, with a new-looking spa and a cheerful, smiling family running the place. The staff were the best we’ve had in ten years of travel. Breakfast was great, and dinner was amazing for a very fair price. There’s also a very good wine list. The boutique hotel is new, spotless, and really well put together.

The food was amazing. We tried original, tasty dishes every day, and the price and service were both perfect. The family who runs the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. The spa is compact but beautiful. We had a great experience, thank you for everything!

We came for our honeymoon and ended up staying longer than we’d planned. The scenery is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the family-run hotel had everything we needed. They’re great, and nothing was too much trouble!
