Elizabeth, the host, was kind and helpful throughout. We loved the quiet, the valley view, and our balcony room, and slept comfortably in the cozy beds. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, and the complementary herb tea and ping-pong table were nice touches. Everything was perfect. This place is the best.

We spent a week at Thalerhof and had a perfect stay. Our room for three was very clean and tidied every day. The hospitality, personal attention, and rich, healthy breakfast were what we liked most. Tiers is a great base for an active day in the Dolomites, with lots of walks and activities nearby. For dinner, we walked 10-15 minutes to Gasthof Laurin or drove 5-10 minutes to Tschamin schwaige; both were fine. The bakery in the centre of Tiers was another good choice for a small evening meal if we’d already eaten at a rifugio. We’d absolutely recommend this B&B if you want a cozy stay that starts each day with a full breakfast and tips for your next outing.

Breakfast was fresh and homemade, and I’d happily stay here again. The room had an amazing view, too. The family were so friendly and helpful that you really feel like part of the family.
