Our double room with a balcony was spacious, modern, and clean, and the view was relaxing. Breakfast was generous and high quality. We had a really nice night at Furggerhof, run by a very sweet South Tyrolean family. We loved Tirol and will definitely come back and stay here again.

Date: 30 Jun 2023 The food was good, but the service was not. We were eating outside under a large umbrella when it suddenly started pouring. The umbrella had a big hole, so rain dripped into our food and wine. Other guests, mostly there for drinks, rushed inside, but we couldn't do that without ruining our meal. The two male servers were busy gathering glasses, condiment racks, and other things from empty tables and folding umbrellas. By the time they came over with an umbrella for us, it was too late. I told one of them they might want to help guests before clearing tables next time. When we went in to pay, I raised the issue with the main female server who had welcomed us. I was trying to give feedback about the service from the two male servers, not make it personal. She didn't listen to the reason for my complaint, got defensive, raised her voice, and made a scene, saying it wasn't her fault. I couldn't even finish what I wanted to say. I had to tell her several times to stop, and that we'd just pay.

We stopped here for lunch on the way to visit nearby castles. The garden was really nice, the food was excellent, and the prices were affordable.
