It’s a quiet place, and guests who value peace should be happy here, though the building has poor sound insulation. The staff, especially Mr. Bauer, are attentive to everyone. Breakfast is simple but enough, and it’s a decent stay for a low price. Our ground-floor room was a bit dated but adequate. Having just one electrical outlet in the room feels unacceptable in this day and age. Reviews point to the upper-floor apartment, which sounds better. Maybe the guest rooms will be modernized in the future. You can recommend the guesthouse if you’re okay with basic amenities.

The hosts work hard, are helpful, and very friendly. Our apartment upstairs had just been renovated and had a fantastic balcony view. There aren’t any play structures for small children in the lovely orchard, but the outdoor pool and a playground are an easy walk away.

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host was truly charming. The apartment has all the essentials, including a coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and more. There’s a lovely balcony view with no street noise. Buses in every direction stop right outside, and it’s a seven-minute walk to the chairlift to Merano city center.

The landlords are very friendly, and the apartment is very well maintained. It’s a peaceful spot with a fantastic view of Merano and across to Algund. We’d be happy to return.

The apartment is beautiful and very clean, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful, and I’d definitely stay again! Edit: It’s best to check everything at the start of your trip, otherwise even partly defective items could turn into an insurance claim.
