Our €500 deposit never came back. We booked a room shortly before Covid and paid what they asked, but after Covid arrived, we never got the money back. Be careful.

The quiet setting was exactly what we wanted, and we were happy to be away from the tourist hotspots. Just keep in mind that a car is needed: Sassari is about 12 minutes away, Plata Mona Beach around 20, and Alghero Oldtown roughly 30. We knew that before booking, so the peaceful stay at Royal Suite suited us even more. Our room was new, modern, comfortable, and very clean. It had a little balcony overlooking the garden, lovely for winding down with a glass of wine. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. Manuela was really friendly, and breakfast came with the booking: croissant, coffee, and juice. They could also swap that for vegan yogurt and fruit, which we appreciated. We thought it was very good value, even in August. We’d happily recommend it.

I could live here forever. The hotelier was so kind and spoke several languages, and they also offer food service. The room had air conditioning, a TV with Netflix, a refrigerator, a coffee table, and a modern cupboard. The bathroom was luxurious, and the location was perfect.
