Alessandra was lovely and patient while I translated everything into Italian. When the card reader failed, she helped me sort out the payment. The surfaces were very clean, and little things like soap and coffee were provided, which made the stay pleasant. It was a fantastic B&B overall, but the area was fairly lively and the room had very little soundproofing. Unfortunately, my room smelled as though something had died in it. I couldn't find an obvious source, and it didn't seem to be coming from the bathroom as I'd expected with Italian plumbing.

Alessandra makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. She's the kind member of the family who provides a fully equipped apartment, including everything needed for a hearty breakfast. The location in Tivoli Terme is convenient, with bus and train connections close by for Tivoli, Rome, and the surrounding area. Excellent amenities are nearby too, including supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, and more. Highly recommended, 100%.

Ale, the owner, was right on time and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I highly recommend it. We picked the place because we were passing through Civitavecchia and wanted somewhere conveniently near the highway for the next day's drive.

Alessandra is a real gem. Though the property has only two rooms, it's comfortable in every detail. It's near the Tivoli Thermal Baths and just steps from the train station and Via Tiburtina, so Rome's city center is easy to reach by public transport.

The house is bright and clean, with essential shops close by and everything within walking distance. It's especially convenient if you're getting around by public transport, with the Tivoli train station nearby and good bus service. Alessandra, the owner, welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. A great experience, absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!
