It’s such a pleasure to come back here after a day walking around town or visiting the various Villas Tivoli has to offer. This is an authentic historic residence, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, really comfortable, with a fantastic view. The B&B lady is absolutely lovely and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. Breakfast is great and very well stocked. You feel special here, and by the end of your stay you really don’t want to leave. A magical place, I’d say.

The location near Villa Adriana makes this a great base, whether you're staying a few nights or longer. The rooms are peaceful and comfortable, the shower is excellent, and the views are lovely. The hosts were incredibly kind. Hard to imagine finding a better place around here.

We had such a good time with the friendly family at casale colleoni. The house and garden are lovely, and Villa esedra next door serves really good food. Villa Adriana is only about a five-minute walk away, while Villa d'Este takes around 15 minutes by car. We'd happily recommend staying here. Thanks, casale colleoni, and greetings from Munich 🙂

The owners are very welcoming, though they don't speak much English, and it's an easy walk to Villa Adriana, shops, and restaurants. The buildings have real charm, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is simple. This probably isn't a good fit for young children. There's a city tax of 2€ per person per day, payable at the end of the stay. I'll come back in the summer.

After spending a few days in Rome, we really appreciated how quiet this countryside B&B was. We slept like babies and had an absolutely wonderful stay.
