Il Colle b&b

We were surprised by how spacious both the room and bathroom were. Everything was very clean and modern, and there was Italian TV. The breakfast was simple, which is understandable at this price, and the value was excellent. It was also easy to find, with a quick, straightforward check-in and only a 10-minute walk from the bus/train station. This was the best B&B we stayed at in the region. Definitely a place to stay in Tivoli++

Claudio met us when we arrived much earlier than planned, and was very helpful throughout. The room was huge, with a really comfortable bed, and the bathroom was just as spacious, with a great Italian-style rain shower. Il Colle b&b is beautifully done inside, modern, clean, and incredible to look at. I can't recommend it enough. Tivoli was beautiful, a hidden gem away from the tourists of Roma, and Il Colle made a perfect base for exploring the city.

Diana, la proprietaria, was so friendly and helpful, even letting me check in at midnight. The main door felt very secure, which helped me relax. My room was spacious, well lit, and had a soft, comfortable bed. The bathroom was roomy too, and the shower was great, with a spot to sit and unwind while scrubbing. I wasn't keen on the bathroom floor tiles, though, they need changing or a bath mat. The place is only steps from Duomo Tivoli and smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was coffee and a croissant. I left my luggage there while I attended a wedding ceremony (Mass), then picked it up afterwards without any trouble. Diana was happy to keep it for a few hours. I'll definitely come back.

A lovely B&B right in Tivoli's historic center. The inside is modern and really well done, better than a hotel, and the breakfast and hospitality were both superb!
