The owner made us feel welcome with real warmth and professionalism, and was helpful with everything. We spent two nights at Hotel Ristorante Al Querceto while visiting relatives nearby, and were very happy with the choice. The landscape and splendid views made for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The property is carefully maintained, with an elegant interior that also seems well suited to events. We had dinner there one evening and loved the excellent, authentic food made with quality ingredients. The rooms are welcoming, and the quiet, classy atmosphere suited us well. We'd definitely return, whether for a relaxing stay or an important event.

We planned to eat here during a mountain hike, but the owner's rude refusal to let the women use the bathroom was appalling. Telling two girls, “The bathroom is nature, go into the woods,” shows no decency, quite apart from the legal issue. That cost you customers and earned another terrible review. If rudeness had an award, the owner would be in the running. Avoid it.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the freshly prepared food was excellent. There are separate dining rooms, a large one for events and a smaller one for hotel guests. Set amid nature and quiet, the hotel has panoramic views and works well as a base for trekking or trips to the Mount Taburno picnic area. What stood out most was the family-run feel and the personal connection we developed with the owners. We're grateful for their warm welcome.

The breakfast was generous, and the waitresses were so kind. The location is lovely, close to town but surrounded by nature, with an incredible view, and the price was excellent. The rooms felt a little neglected, though. We'll definitely come back.

The welcome was unforgettable, and the views were stunning. I ate divinely! Thank you, Pietro. I'll return whenever I'm in Florence. You really should stop at Querceto at least once! 🥰
