The owners were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful and excellent. We stayed four days at this agriturismo in the Umbrian countryside. It's about 600 meters from the main road, with a spectacular view, especially by the pool. A great choice for a relaxing break, even with children.

The pool is beautiful and treated with salt instead of chlorine, and there's plenty of parking. This is a family-run agriturismo that's clean and well kept, rather than a 5⭐ hotel. If something's missing, speak to the owner directly, as I did when I had a minor inconvenience, and she dealt with it right away. The rooms have air conditioning, though even during the scorching heat of my stay I didn't need it. I was told the building uses the latest energy-saving and seismic-reducing techniques for insulation. If you like cured meats, you can buy their Cinta Senese products directly. They were spectacular, as were the other cured meats.

The owners have a quiet, attentive way of making you feel at ease, with so much kindness and friendliness. The excursions, paddock, horses, and pool were lovely too, especially the beautiful black horse with braids that won me over. The setting, views, smells, and flavors of this magnificent agriturismo are hard to put into words. Cleanliness was impeccable, and both the food and service were excellent. Once we finish the homemade cured meats we took home as souvenirs, we'll see you again, guys!
