It's a quiet spot and a convenient base for visiting Perugia, with a lovely place to relax and explore Umbria. The apartments are beautiful, with hand-painted animal pictures on the walls. They come fully supplied: dishes, glasses, pots and pans, sheets, towels, dish soap, shower gel, and even a hairdryer. You can also light a fire in the fireplace and use the barbecue, with wood provided.
