The host was amazing, and the location in the historical center was perfect. Our room was comfortable and had air conditioning. We got really helpful recommendations, and we’ll definitely be back.

Maria and Onofrio are what make this residence special. They’re friendly and welcoming, and made us feel at home. The traditional property has been beautifully renovated and is equipped with every comfort. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean.

Thank you for your hospitality. I invite you to stop by Il Cantone, where a very special breakfast with lots of variety awaits. This excellent property is in a renovated period building, with the kind of hospitality you look for in this part of Puglia. It’s well placed for visiting the Bari area and even Matera.

We loved the hospitable host, who was flexible and attentive to what guests needed. Breakfasts were delicious and typically Italian, with regional products and homemade preserves. The place is well connected by train to Matera, Altamura, and Bari. The town is pleasant and intimate, with a glimpse of everyday Italian life. We recommend it!

I only stayed a short while, but it was truly pleasant. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere welcoming and authentic, and the quality and service were satisfactory. The location is excellent, with parking nearby and the train station a five-minute walk from the accommodation.
