We booked one night, rang the bell several times, and arrived on time, but then waited more than half an hour. The doorman eventually let us in and left us waiting again at the "reception." After another half hour, the owner showed up and tried to help us. But the disrespect and unsanitary conditions had already put us off, so we left and found another hotel that deserved the name.

The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, the heating worked well, and the bathrooms were excellent. Our linens were clean and changed daily, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I stayed here with my family in October, and we had a wonderful visit. The property also organizes guided tours of Vesuvius, Pompeii, Sorrento, and elsewhere. It’s near both the Circumvesuviana station and the port in Torre del Greco. We’ll be back soon for the Christmas holidays.

Nothing was right. There was no heating in the rooms, and this morning we couldn’t even take a shower because there was no hot water.

The photos and reviews make it look nice, and the price seems good. I’m wondering about meals, though: can you cook in the accommodation, or do you have to eat out for lunch and dinner?

Beautiful, spacious rooms with really comfortable mattresses. Everything was absolutely spotless, and the service was kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
