Ms. Luciana was so kind and always available when we had questions. She also helped us figure out the different itineraries we wanted to follow. We visited Capri and Positano by boat from the port of Torre del Greco, and the location also worked well for Pompeii, Sorrento, Herculaneum, and Naples. We’ll come back, and I’ll recommend it to friends planning a visit to Naples.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived, thanks to how welcoming and helpful the owners were. The property is lovely and well placed for getting to several attractions around Naples, including the ruins at Pompeii and Herculaneum, the city itself, and the Sorrento peninsula.

The house was full of rugs and doilies that seemed dusty, and I had to take antihistamines. Next door, a dog at a private home barked constantly. The owner's welcome also felt a bit invasive; I prefer more discretion. There was no parking at the property, only paid municipal parking on the street, which was hard to find. The owner suggested leaving on foot to avoid the risk of losing the space. Inside, the doors are low, and the small loft made from part of a single room can only be reached by stooping. The old synthetic linens were very irritating, and colorful rather than white cotton. A negative review from me.

The owners were courteous, and the building was clean with kind people around. The place itself was clean and in an excellent location. I had a great time and would come back.
