We stayed four nights and I don’t regret a thing. The hotel is right across from the lake, and the balcony view was amazing. Every morning I ate breakfast by the water, which was stunning. I’d rate the customer service 100% and would definitely recommend it.

A lovely spot right by the lake, and the hotel is dog-friendly with a nice terrace overlooking the water. The hotel is nice overall. My only issue was that the air conditioning didn’t seem able to keep up with the heatwave.

The deluxe room was spacious and nice, with two balconies. One of the doors or windows had no curtain, though, so we had to shut the wooden door for privacy if we didn’t want people seeing us naked. The reception lady and the two women serving breakfast were the only staff who treated us well. Most of the rest need training in how to deal with clients. The restaurant staff were poorly trained and had bad manners, so we never ate there apart from breakfast.
