The owners were very nice, though they don’t speak English at all. The unit itself is lovely, but getting to the loft bedroom means using a scary spiral staircase, which could be tricky at night. Still, I’d recommend it.

Sabrina was lovely and very helpful, with lots of tips for typical places to visit. We stayed for Valentine’s Day, and it was such a good experience that we’ll definitely come back. The house is roomy and welcoming, has all the essentials, and the heating works really well. My only suggestion would be to offer a small savory option at breakfast. Otherwise, a 10. Thanks, see you next time!

Sabrina looks after every detail and really takes care of her guests, giving advice and helping them find places to visit around Teramo and Abruzzo. You can tell she has years of experience in the profession. She’s a truly kind and welcoming host.

I stayed with my wife and our English Setter, and we had a wonderful time. The owner was very kind, and there was no issue with the dog. I let the owner know right away about the hot water problem. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. Andrea

The location gets a 5 from me, but the pet-friendly management gets a 0. The stay itself was fairly average. I told the hotel ahead of time that we’d be bringing our two golden retrievers and was told they wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived, Sabrina seemed to have no understanding of what pet-friendly meant. In the evening, while we were out without the dogs, she watched us leave and sent reminders to our personal WhatsApp about our responsibility if the dogs caused damage or disturbed other guests. We decided to leave early the next morning and booked another hotel.
