The calm, cozy atmosphere and the music made for such a memorable evening at Ristorante Locanda Podere La Paolina Olive Oil Resort. My husband and I loved dinner there, especially the truffle pasta and perfectly cooked steak Florentine. The food was incredible. We can't wait to come back when we're in the area.

We still tell our friends and family that this was the best food we had on our honeymoon in Italy, and we hope everyone at La Paolina is doing well. My wife and I spent 5 days in Tuscany in late April/early May 2024, staying at Casale Santa Barbara near Montefollonico. It was just down the road from La Paolina, which our AirBnB host recommended for dinner. They said we had to try the Panne Cotta, and it turned out to be an experience that changed our lives. Fabrizzio and his family welcomed us into their home/b&B so warmly, and James is an amazing chef. The food was exquisite, the wine selection like no other, and the whole vibe was charming and welcoming. It was the perfect finishing touch to our Tuscany stay, a 5/5 experience that we'd absolutely recommend.

The atmosphere was so romantic, and the wine was incredible. We only came in for dinner, but this ended up being our favorite place of the whole trip. The homemade pasta was amazing, the zucchini crudo tasted so refreshing, and the Florentine steak was juicy and cooked just right. My fiance tried Panna Cotta for the first time here and is now obsessed with it. I hope we get to return someday!
