We were 13, and there was plenty of room for everyone in this really big house. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, and the pool was great. The kitchen wasn’t fully clean, so we skipped using the oven and the other appliances, but we had a fantastic stay otherwise. The access road is a challenge for cars with low ground clearance.

The price felt fair for the time of year we chose. This historic property is spacious and well furnished, with clean, functional rooms, a living room with a TV, and a billiards room. The pool was comfortable to use and well maintained. The farm sits in the Tuscan countryside, just below the historic center, which you can see from the pool. Reaching it involves about a kilometer on a dirt road from the paved road toward Montefollinico.

We had a wonderful stay, and Emanuele, Elisabetta, and Marisa looked after us with such warm, attentive hospitality. The place is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, yet well placed for visiting many lovely spots nearby. Siena, Florence, and Assisi are also around an hour away.

We felt at home here, with lovely views, welcoming staff, a large new pool, and a generous breakfast made with home-grown produce. It’s quiet and private, but also well located for visiting the beautiful villages nearby.

We had a lovely time and really appreciated the warm welcome. The farmhouse is beautiful, set in the Sienese countryside, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of local treats, including delicious cakes made by the very friendly Marisa. We’ll be back soon, Lisa and Luca.
