The sea view from the terrace is wonderful, and the apartment is just a few metres from the water. The place itself is attractive, but badly neglected, dated, and a bit run-down. When we arrived, there wasn’t even water in the fridge or toilet paper in the bathroom. The shower was tiny and had no enclosure, so every shower left a puddle that never dried. There were ants all over and a dreadful smell. The hair dryer was broken, and we had to insist before they replaced the air conditioning. Then, because the usage terms hadn’t been made clear, we were charged extra for electricity using a meter reading that seemed made up and wasn’t specific. The managers act polite, but are being crafty. We won’t return. Dear Madam, I saw the apartment during a visit, but of course I didn’t use the bathroom or shower then. The shower is tiny, next to the toilet, and has no enclosure, so it left a puddle every day. I didn’t check the corners at the time either. During our 15-day stay, dirt collected there and attracted ants, and I had to clear cobwebs and remove spiders. I also later noticed mosquitoes squashed on the window glass. I never expected to arrive and find no toilet paper or water, the basic things you’d expect as a welcome. Nor did I expect the balcony railing to be unsafe. Every time we flushed the toilet, a revolting smell like pizza came up. As for cleaning, I bought detergents and other supplies, and left them with you. I cleaned and washed everything before leaving, and tried to get rid of the awful bathroom smell. I couldn’t. The apartment was cleaner and smelled better when I left than when I found it. Rather than take offense and reply rudely to people who are being honest, look at the many terrible reviews and try to improve the service. This isn’t just my opinion. About the air conditioning, we had to keep insisting. Your brother came the first time and said the previous guests had “mischecked” it and it would work again. It wasn’t just a matter of recharging it, as you told my husband. Your brother himself said you’d tried to sell us a 25-year-old air conditioner. I repeat, that’s what your brother told us. You want to be clever, but the petty tricks and fake kindness show in your behavior. I’ll come back to the area, but never here again.

I completely agree with the review I wrote before. A year later, nothing seems to have changed. The owner is unfair and rude, and changed the arrangements several times. There were no closets, so it felt like camping. The intercom didn’t work, which meant going downstairs every time to open the front door. The kitchen was poorly stocked and inadequate for a place rented to six people, with supplies for only three. I really can’t recommend it. There are much better places available. Your reply makes it sound as though you invented things just to excuse my review. The TripAdvisor reviews are very similar to mine, though, so people can decide for themselves based on their own experience. And about payment, since we arrived on Saturday I would have transferred it online right away. You insisted on cash, for some reason, so I had to wait until Monday to withdraw it. It was peaceful and had a homely feel, with welcoming, polite staff who were attentive and always ready to help. The apartment was very clean, air-conditioned, renovated, and well maintained. The kitchen was new and equipped, and the sea was close by. We were very comfortable.

We spent a week in what felt like a living hell. For the first two days, the shower had almost no pressure and wasn’t working properly. We fixed it ourselves because the owners didn’t seem to care and weren’t available. The electrical sockets looked like they dated from the 1970s or 1980s, so we had to buy double adapters. The mosquito screens wouldn’t lift, and there was no power in the house, so we needed fans. The air conditioner was positioned where it didn’t cool the place at all. Electricity was charged separately, which would have been fine at a reasonable rate, but the price was exorbitant. The owners were ignorant and rude. The house wasn’t worth a cent, especially at such a high price. In short, the owners were rude and ignorant.
