We spent two wonderful weeks at the Residence. Massimo, the owner, and the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The place is modern, clean and has all the comforts. They handled every need promptly and efficiently. Two chairs and an umbrella are provided for the beach nearby, and there are restaurants and supermarkets close by for meals or cooking. I highly recommend it for the quality and price. This will be our regular place when we visit the Abruzzo Adriatic Sea area.

We had an amazing two weeks here. It’s the cleanest residence I’ve stayed in: they clean the apartment every two days, and all the common areas are cleaned daily. Kids would love it, with activities organized every day and a big playroom. I’ve taken off one star because the mattress wasn’t firm enough for us.

The air conditioning was fantastic after coming in from temperatures over 30 outside. The apartment itself is wonderful, and the smart hob gets the coffee going in no time. You don’t see much of the beach from the room, but it’s only 50 metres away and the view is great once you’re there. Bars and restaurants are everywhere. An absolute paradise.

Nothing fancy, just simple.

We only stayed a few days, but the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and cozy, and the location and service were excellent. There are also some distinctive places nearby for lunch or dinner. It’s a lovely spot for a relaxing break. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff, especially the exceptional receptionists. We’ll definitely return.
