I can't comment on the overnight stay because I never got to stay there. This is just about the service. Booking.com showed rooms available, so I called to add a cot and make a reservation. They said there might be rooms, or there might not, and promised to call back. Two hours passed, so I rang again to ask whether I could book there or through Booking.com. I was left waiting for another half hour before they called to confirm the reservation and agree on a price. Then, two hours later, on the evening before the date, they messaged me on WhatsApp to cancel. If they'd told me sooner, I could've looked elsewhere. Instead, everything nearby was booked, and I had to change my travel plans. My advice is not to rely on their word, use a booking site you can count on.

We visited for the Chestnut Festival on October 26th and 27th with the family. The rooms were roomy enough and very clean, and the place itself felt welcoming and quaint. Staff were consistently helpful and polite.

For 60 euros in a small town like Tramutola, I expected more. There were two of us and we were thirsty, but we had to share one person's towel kit. The bathroom had only half a roll of toilet paper, with no spare anywhere. Breakfast would've been two no-name snacks and awful coffee. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the little place has some charm. Just know you'll need to bring your own toilet paper and towels, and pay for breakfast at the bar nearby.

It feels like home, whether you're there to unwind with family or with your partner. A fantastic place to try for any occasion. The staff are very efficient and give you a really warm welcome.
