The building has a wonderful atmosphere and sits right on the waterfront, but the service was chilly and the place wasn't very clean. Breakfast was due at 8, and the staff were sulky, unhelpful, and late, while we were trying to get going. The shower drain clogged and flooded the bathroom. They handed us a plunger and expected us to clear it ourselves. Poorly run.

We came back for a second stay at this B&B in Trani. It's central but still quiet, and the room works well. Rachele is the standout, such a kind woman and available around the clock. Breakfast is good quality and costs very little.
