Enjoy Trani

We had a great stay, and the price was very reasonable compared with other hotels. The room was nice, the bathroom clean, and it had all the amenities, including a TV, air conditioning, and a pod coffee machine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, and our three-night stay was a very positive experience. Room n7 was spacious, clean, quiet, and cool, with a walk-in closet, a fridge stocked with water, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was clean, and it was cleaned once during our stay, with towels changed too. The gentleman who welcomed us, whose name I’m sorry I can’t remember, was kind and extremely helpful, even if he might seem a little gruff at first. I’d suggest adding a few more shelves in the room. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Mr. Pasquale was so friendly and helpful, and we’ll definitely come back. We stayed for two weeks in a bright, spacious room near the center. Cleaning was done promptly and efficiently, and the sheets and towels were changed.

We arrived on the afternoon of December 31, 2023, my wife, our dog, and I. The room was cold, and the air conditioning was only turned on later. It didn’t work properly or heat the room adequately: even set to 32°C, it only reached 18°C. The bigger problem came when we tried to leave at about 4:30 PM to start celebrating New Year’s Eve. The security door wouldn’t open, and we were trapped inside. We called the manager, who arrived around half an hour later and tried to open it from outside, but couldn’t. A locksmith was finally called at our insistence and arrived an hour after that. After a lot of swearing, a hole was made in the wall, and debris ended up on the floor, they got the door open at around 7:00 PM. Our dog was terrified and shaking from the loud noises as they tried to force it open. We hadn’t caused the door to fail, and despite the awful disruption we tried to stay calm and polite while asking the owner to move us to another room or find us somewhere else nearby. She answered rudely and arrogantly that this was the room, she had no alternatives, and at most she’d refund what we had paid when we arrived, then “we could go home.” Instead, around 8:00 PM on December 31, we had to find another place at a much higher price, on the outskirts of the city. That was especially difficult because fireworks had left the streets almost completely blocked. I hope you don’t run into any problems, because the owner’s rudeness will only add to them.
