The service really impressed us. Even though the hotel was bigger than the places we'd stayed at before, it felt personal. Check-in was incredibly quick for this area, and I believe the owners were there themselves and made us feel very welcome. The other staff we met were helpful and sincerely took the time to answer our questions. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location struck a nice balance between being quiet and easy to get around from. What a gem!

Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was generous with homemade cakes. A waitress at the vegetable table even put together my salad bowl, which was a nice bonus. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. The hotel is conveniently close to the center of Primiero, but tucked away somewhere very quiet.

The whole family at Conca Verde makes you feel welcome with a smile and plenty of patience. They gladly cater to dietary needs, and even treat you to delicious sweets. They're also enthusiastic about sharing things to see and suggesting snowshoe and hiking routes. The place is perfectly clean.
