We really enjoyed the spa, with its range of saunas, a small pool, and a pleasant relax room. The scrub and massage were nice too, and the masseuse was sweet, like the rest of the staff. The food was delicious, fresh, nicely presented, and offered plenty of choice. The hotel is beautiful and well looked after, with clean, comfortably sized rooms. Our only observation is that the walls are very thin, so hallway and neighboring-room sounds carry. I know that can be normal in older buildings, so it wasn't a real detraction for us. The setting is lovely, right by the river with beautiful views, and there's accessible underground parking off the street. The owners and staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and available. Such a joy to deal with them.

We loved the food quality, and the wine pairings were lovely too. The hotel is a lovely spot in the Dolomites, with great wellness facilities and a really friendly staff.

Breakfast was hearty, with eggs and fresh local bread, and everyone was so kind. Antonella and Paolo were especially patient and nice. I spent a few days in Primiero, and this hotel couldn't have suited me better. Since it's a small town, getting to the buses was easy. We also learned that they put on rock concerts at the bar, which was fun, and the original drinks were a bonus. I'll definitely come back in autumn for some hikes!

The manager kindly arranged a massage for us at another location when it wasn't available on our preferred day. During our wonderful two-day stay, the staff were extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the wellness area and sauna were hot and nice.

The food was great, the hotel was nice, and the people were kind. A magical place, close to the centre and about 20 minutes from San Martino di Castrozza. There's a garage if needed. Thank you, Paolo and Antonella!
