Arbaria Hotel

Everything was perfect.

We picked the blue apartment because we didn't want to stay in the city center and wanted to get around without a car. The area is quiet, and there's a Conad supermarket just outside the complex that you can also walk to. The apartment is in a condominium with a very well-kept garden. We parked on the street outside the building wherever we could, there are no blue lines. The apartment was spotless and had all the comforts. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

My parents were left without a place to stay just 48 hours before arrival, and the owner's reply to my father's review made the situation even worse. My mother had already messaged through Booking.com, and I have that conversation saved: she explained their flight would get in at 9:30 PM, and the owner said that check-in time was fine. Yet their reservation was canceled two days before the trip with no explanation. Now the owner says they shouldn't be accommodated because they would arrive after check-in hours, calls that disrespectful, and says they don't pay enough. We paid the price listed on Booking.com. This isn't a flea market where the night's price is up for bargaining. After ten years of experience, a professional response should at least include an apology for leaving them without accommodation. I can't trust someone who handles things this way. They could ruin your vacation.

What nerve. I booked on August 12th for October 12th. When I explained in August that my flight landed at 9:30 PM and I couldn't arrive before the 8 PM check-in cutoff, nobody objected. Then, yesterday, October 10th, with only 48 hours left, they told me to cancel. You've got more nerve than scruples.
