The rooms are comfortable, with a kitchen and balcony, right downtown beside the port. Shops and restaurants are close enough. There's no reception in the building, so you have to check in at another hotel two minutes' walk away.

The shower was awful, with almost no pressure, and it switched from hot to cold in seconds. We didn't raise it because, given the service, I expected they'd say someone would come fix it and then nothing would happen. There's also construction in the building, with drilling into the walls as early as 7:30-8:00AM. It's extremely loud, so if you're a light sleeper or like sleeping in, stay away. We were in the 5th floor apartment with a terrace for five days, Wednesday through the following Monday. After going to the beach a few times, there was some sand in the apartment and we needed a clean. We also needed fresh towels on Saturday, three to four days after arriving. Nobody had come to tidy up during the first few days, so I messaged to ask. They said they'd come Sunday morning, but didn't show. I then asked for towels at least, and they brought them, but gave us some awful death stares at the door, as if we'd asked for the moon and our request was completely unreasonable. The apartment was never cleaned during our stay. We didn't expect daily cleaning in an apartment, but most aparthotels do come by now and then, apparently not this one. We were told over WhatsApp on arrival to check ourselves in and pay the City Tax, which hadn't been disclosed anywhere. I tried to pay at reception, but nobody was there. They said to let them know 30 minutes beforehand so someone could come collect the money. I arranged a time to pay and they didn't show up. They messaged me every day about the City Tax but made it difficult to pay, so eventually I asked for their bank details and transferred it. If you're staying in Trapani for a few days, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

The rooms are really nice and clean, the bathrooms are good, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very helpful, and I can't find anything to complain about. It's easy to get here from Birghi airport on the shuttle bus, about 30 minutes, and it's very close to the centre and the beach. Recommended.

A great hotel in the centre of the old town. The room was well equipped with everything you might need, and the team were very helpful.
