Sonia and her staff were helpful and courteous, and the apartment was comfortable for up to four people. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining room, with a TV in every room and air conditioning throughout. The historic center is very close, and the entrance to the city walls is just a few meters away.

Everything we needed was in the kitchen, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The apartment is very close to the sea, the beach, and the Old Town. I highly recommend it.

Sonia made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and took care of all the details, including useful advice for getting around. The property is only a minute from the historic center, surrounded by restaurants, chip shops, and souvenir shops, with beaches on every side of the city. The port is five minutes away and has plenty of buses to nearby towns, plus hydrofoils to the islands. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spotless and seemed brand new, with all the basics a guest might need, including salt, sugar, oil, dishes, and a hairdryer. The receptionist and cleaning staff gave excellent service. Still, my partner and I had a difficult stay, despite choosing the place because of its good ratings. A strong sewage smell hung throughout the apartment and lingered even after we aired it out and switched on the air conditioning. It got into our clothes too. We told the staff, but apparently this is a widespread problem in Trapani and can't be solved. Very large cockroaches also appeared inside. We expect the hotel to take responsibility, though all they could offer was insecticide or a room change. We understand the city has a garbage problem, but future guests should know about this.
