We booked through Expedia, but when we arrived they refused to open the door. Over the intercom, they said in five seconds, "We don't accept reservations, full." I called Expedia, and they got in touch with the owners. The owners gave them the same answer, and I think Expedia removed the listing from their system. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE.

We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived they wouldn't even open the door to explain. They said there were no reservations and they were full, then hung up on us. Very rude. Don't book this hotel; they don't honor reservations when you arrive.

The frittella is superb, even better than the ones they used to make at Lido Venere. The food and service are excellent, and Tonino is the best.
