I Love Trapani

€74.70 was far too much for this B&B. My one night was a horrible experience: a cramped room, tiny bathroom, and an unbearable sewer smell that spread through the room. There wasn't even a vent. It was on the fourth floor, with awkward stairs and no elevator. Breakfast was badly prepared. We asked for cappuccino and got coffee with milk, and they clearly didn't know what we'd asked for. You can't open a place without being able to provide even basic service. Stay away.

The location is good, and the room was nice, but it was tiny and dirty. The bathroom was bare-bones, without a bidet, and the shower barely ran. There was a small balcony with only a slight side view of the sea. Breakfast was poor and service just about adequate. I think there are better options.

My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights. The listing promised daily cleaning, but our room was never cleaned. Water from the tap and shower came out as little more than a trickle, so washing was impossible. Breakfast was supposedly available around the clock, but staff were never there, leaving us to sort out any requests ourselves. And in 2019, a bathroom with no bidet was absurd.

We stayed one night in this welcoming B&B, with breakfast and comfortable beds. The location was quiet, and the water stayed hot. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful as we explored Trapani and its excellent food.
