Breakfast was brought to our room on a tray after they asked what we'd like and at what time. The older couple who served us seemed, to me, to be doing their best to be pleasant. We had to pay in cash, something we hadn't realized when booking. The apartment was equipped with a refrigerator and clean, and one of its rooms was our bedroom. The building's exterior was cared for, though the lobby never seemed to get cleaned. There is an elevator. Parking is available, either paid in the blue zone or free about 300 m away. The toilet seat kept coming loose, and the bathroom light only came on with motion, which was inconvenient. The stay seemed okay, but the whole experience felt strange. I was there for only two nights and wish I'd chosen somewhere else. Based on my impressions, I wouldn't return or recommend it.

Only one croissant per person for breakfast. The air conditioning uses the room key, which is fixed to the key ring, and it switches off when you leave. Two elderly men greet you in a room in their apartment. The room door doesn't block sound, so you can hear the elderly, deaf owners right outside. The windows don't seem to have any. There was a cockroach in the room, they only took cash, and I got no receipt. Whatever else you ask for, the answer is no.

The price is way out of proportion to what you get. The description doesn't match the real place: it's a mediocre B&B made from an apartment that's poorly managed and unhygienic. The whole thing felt like it belonged in a horror movie, owners included. They don't seem suited to running this kind of business.

The decor was all fuss, with piles of stucco and chandeliers hung with plastic drops, but there was little substance. The air conditioning gets switched off when guests leave, supposedly to save energy. Breakfast was awful: just a croissant, milk, and coffee, not even water. When we asked for toast, the first morning four slices arrived with nothing else, and the next morning there was none at all. My friends and I may have been unlucky, since I'd read reviews praising the place, but at that decidedly high price, I won't come back.
